Please note that Mustang Catering will be happy to come up with a menu that is tailored to fit your personal taste. This is just a sampling of menus that we have done to great praise in the past.

- Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil on a Bed of Greens with Balsamic Dressing
- Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons
- Spinach Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette, Tomatoes, Red Onions and Feta or Spinach with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Strawberries and Toasted Walnuts
- Mixed Greens with Dijon Vinaigrette, Gorgonzola, Candied Nuts and Pears (or Apples)
