Policies
Guest
Counts
Upon booking an event a guest count must be provided. A guaranteed
guest count must be slated 5 days prior to the event (unless other
arrangements have been discussed prior) and billing will reflect the
actual number served or the guarantee count, whichever is greater.
Security
Deposits
In order to secure an event a deposit of 15% of the estimated total
price will be required at the time the event is booked.
Staffing
and Service Charges
The number of staff required is dependent on the service, number of
guests to be served and whether or not bartenders and chef's are needed.
A 15% gratuities will be added to all parties over 50 people. Gratuity
is based on cost of food only.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the event unless otherwise discussed.
Pricing
In addition to the price of the menu, the following costs need to
be considered:

Staffing (depending on job: range $20-$25/hr)

Mileage $1.00 per mile roundtrip from Livingston city limits, unless
otherwise discussed.

On-site fee $40.00/per hour (outdoor or special circumstances may
be higher).

All rentals to be made by client, unless otherwise discussed and
any breakage or missing items will be the clients responsibility.

Drop Off with no set up - $10

Drop Off with set up, dependent on situation

All drop off serving pieces must be returned cleanded of any food particles and dry to avoid additional charges.

Bar Set up, dependent on situation

Prices of all menus subject to change. Prices will be honored on
any bids held with deposit
Miscellaneous
Information
Leftovers will be made available to client when number of guests served
is less than number of guests guaranteed. Client should be made aware
that they should provide containers of some kind for the leftovers
to be packaged into. Leftovers will not be made available to the client
if the number of guests served is the same or greater than the number
that was guaranteed. Mustang Catering is not to be held responsible
for the removal of any garbage. When the bar is being serviced by
someone other than Mustang Catering, it will not be Mustang Catering's
responsibility for washing or disposal of that barware unless otherwise
discussed.
